General Regulation of the Communities in English 

1. Username / profile / avatar / signature / accounts:
1.1 Username / Display name must:

not to contain words that are offensive or racist in temptation;
be different from the people in the forum's administrative team;
1.2 The name must not contain more than 3 characters:! @ # $% ^ & * () _, And the number of characters that make up the name must not exceed 26;
 
- It is punished from changing the username / display name without prior warning to permanently banning the account in the forum.
 
1.3 Signatures / avatars must not contain:

pornographic images;
racist tint messages;
words / images with vulgar content;

1.4 It is strictly forbidden to attach videos with direct link, without the use of special BBCodes (spoilers, etc.);

- It is punished by modifying the signature / avatar and suspending the user for a period of 24 hours.

1.5 Clone accounts are not allowed to be registered on the forum (if there are more than one person registered and using the same PC, please notify the team in order to avoid banning the accounts);

- It is punished by the permanent banning of the clone accounts, the first account being suspended 2 days for each additional account made.

2. Opening a new topic (thread):
2.1 Before opening a new topic, make sure that what you post is in the right category. Use the ' Search ' feature to avoid creating multiple topics on the same topic;
2.2 The title of the open topic must be as suggestive as possible. It is forbidden to use type titles: 'Urgent problem, question, doubt';
2.3 If you have a problem or question, ask it as clearly as possible, giving all the information you already have. This will help the users who will respond to you better understand what you want from that topic;
2.4 Do not abuse Caps Lock;

- It is punished with the user's warning with 1-2 warning points, depending on the gravity of the situation.

3. Language:
3.1 The use of offensive, vulgar, racist or discriminatory words is strictly forbidden;
3.2 Private messages containing vulgar words are not allowed;
3.3 Inadequate language also represents partial censorship of vulgar words;

- It is punished with the user's warning with 3-5 warning points, depending on the severity of the situation.

4. Posting rules:
4.1 * Off-topic, ** post-hunt, *** spam, **** double-post is prohibited on the forum;
Getting:

* off-topic = Any post that only aims to deviate from the topic of the topic, (the topic of the topic is about football and you post on that topic that you go to sea);
** post-hunt = Any post that only proposes to add a +1, without transmitting an idea (either on-topic or off-topic);
*** spam = Excessive posting of a number of repeated messages in various categories with useless messages or the same text;
**** double-post = Post two or more messages one after the other. If at least one person has answered your post and you are posting after him / her, it is not considered double-post. The double post is only allowed after 24h from the first message posted on the forum;

4.2 Excessive use of colors, emoticons, fonts, caps lock is not allowed (these can only be used to highlight an idea in a sentence);
4.6 Pro / cons votes on proposals and requests without any arguments are forbidden;
 
- It is punished with the user's warning with 1-2 warning points, depending on the gravity of the situation.
 
5. Piracy (warez):
5.1 It is forbidden to open any topic on * piracy / warez;
Notion:

»* Piracy / warez = instructions, discussions, or addresses on how to run a pirated program (we also include cracks), request or publish serial numbers or cracks, request or publish DLCs, request or publishing trackers (torrent source), download addresses of some applications with content on which you do not have copyright (except for the official addresses that allow and launch the software released / created by them for free);
- It is punished by permanently suspending your account and ip.

6.Reclama:
6.1 The advertisement refers to the presentation of a site or server in order to attract as many visitors or players as possible.
6.2 Advertising intended for other servers / communities / games of the same kind as those promoted by LimitZone Soluțions are strictly forbidden (through topics / messages posted on the forum, through private messages, in the avatar, at the signature or in the profile);

- It is punished by permanently suspending your account and ip.

7. Reports:
7.1 Use the 'Report' function in cases of violation of the regulation by a member or consideration of an injustice in case of sanction;
7.2 The 'Report' does not represent the private messages sent to the administrative team, do not use the 'Report' function if you do not really have a problem;
7.3 After pressing the 'Report' button, specify in the respective box the reason for the report, usually this being followed by the link where the violation of the regulation occurred;

- It is punished with the user's warning with 2 warning points.

8. Section regulations:
8.1 Each section has a small regulation, in that topic you will find rules, models and requirements that you must meet in order to post / open a topic in that section;

9. Regulations for Moderators LimitZone Solutions
9.1 There is a regulation available for moderation team members in their private section;

10. ShoutBox Regulation:
10.1 Advertising on other servers / communities / games of the same kind as those promoted by LimitZone Solutions are strictly forbidden; - It is punished by permanently banning your account and ip.
10.2 Bad language, swearing, offending and joking of children are not allowed; - It is punished by suspending the chat account for 5 days + ban on the forum, depending on the gravity of the situation.
10.3 You are not allowed to discriminate against sexual, racial or other origins, or to use terms that show disrespect; - It is sanctioned by suspending the chat account for 2 days.
10.4 You are not allowed to start chatting; - It is punished by suspending the chat account one day.
10.5 You are not allowed to spam chat. This means that you are not allowed to post excessive messages, emoticons, links or simply post pigs for the sake of seeing your name in multiple rows. This includes the overly large messages that can ruin the chat design; - It is punished by suspending the chat account one day.
10.6 You are not allowed to mock a user (whether new to the forum or older) who has a question or asks you for help in any matter related to LimitZone Solutions - Punished by suspending your account on the chat one day.
10.7 You must not threaten users; - It is punished by suspending the chat account for 3 days.

11. SLOWHACK Regulation:
11.1 Any server that gets caught stealing or using slowhack plugins will be deleted from the community without too much explanation.

12. Managers Server Regulations.
12.1 The owners of the servers are directly responsible for the actions of the administrators on the server they manage.
12.2 Owners who do not take responsibility for the actions of the administrators on their server will be sanctioned.
12.3 In case of requests (by admin slot / unban / etc ..) only admins can come with a PRO / AGAIN type answer.
12.4 Any other member of the forum may provide additional information to that request, but is not allowed to give his opinion. If the user does not comply with this rule, he will be sanctioned in the case.
12.5 Each position containing a PRO / AGAIN type opinion must have a plausible argument. Those who do not obey this rule will receive warn.
12.6 If you are disturbed on one of your public server channels, please contact an administrative member to resolve the issue.
12.7 If you are disturbed by a single person on a private basis, please use the "Add To Block" function, no sanctions will be applied for insults or insults in private.
12.8 Do not treat an Administrative member with contempt, otherwise sanctions will be applied. But if you are challenged please have a proof [voice recording / screenshot] or witness available for a potential claim.
12.9 Do not place music or voice recordings on a public channel. For heated / intimate discussions and / or music use a private channel.
12.10 Do not use obscene or offensive nicknames, pornographic avatars or offensive descriptions.
12.11 Vulgar / offensive language or of any kind is prohibited on public channels.
12.12 The function of 'Record' on any type of channel is prohibited, the conversations on TeamSpeak3 are meant to be private.
12.13 The manager can do what he likes on his channel, this includes kick / ban and adding related [Admin / Censorship / Operator etc] access to the channel.
Note: Access to this forum is not a right, but a privilege granted by the founder of the forum. Compliance with the rules is mandatory for all users of this forum.
In case the rules are violated, the server can be excluded from the LimitZone Solutions community!
